We currently have an oppertunity for a highly experienced Architect to join an award winning architectural practice based in Birmingham city centre on a permanent basis.

Your new role

As part of your role as BIM manager you will be a key part of the practice in leading in the enrolment of BIM across the practice. As a BIM manager you will also ensure that any BIM strategies arranged with the practice are being executed by every team member, you will also be responsible for BIM standards being maintained in the creation of all Revit models. As a Bim manager you will also Create and develop the BIM responsibility matrix, develop pre / post contract BEP and create AIR's + EIR's.


What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this position as a BIM manager you will have clear experience of using EIR's +AIR's, you will also have experienced enrolling previous BIM strategies across organisations ensuring standards are being kept to a high level. As a BIM manager you will also of experienced hosting BIM pre start meeting and periodic BIM review meetings. Finally as the successful BIM you will have experienced developing a Project Information Plan.
