Your new company
A facilities management company are looking to recruit a freelance Electrical Maintenance Engineer. This post will sit inside one of this companies key pharmaceutical and retail clients, across two Nottinghamshire based sites. The role has the potential to go from temp to perm providing both parties are in agreement.

Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting the development of a business focused maintenance environment based on a sound knowledge of building services plant equipment.

You will ensure all maintenance techniques are relevant to business focused maintenance, best practice and statutory requirements.

You will identify continuous improvement projects, reporting on all poor performing assets, and will undertake maintenance procedures, regular checks and routine inspections in conjunction with the maintenance team.

You will also be required to assist the Engineering Team Leader in carrying out Health and Safety inspections and will assist with maintaining legislative documentation and maintaining and reviewing stock levels.


What you'll need to succeed
You must have a recognised apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering, ideally a level 3 electrical, with a proven track record of working within maintenance to best practice.

You must be a team player and must have good communication skills, having experience with being both customer and client facing.

A heath and safety qualification, and experience with refrigeration and HVAC, are desirable attributes but not essential.
