Building Surveyor

An opportunity has arisen to work for one of the worlds largest privately owned and prestigious businesses. The purpose of this role is to provide outstanding building surveying services on their London estate and contribute to the profitability of the Property Management Team. This post will maintain and improve the quality of the London estate while at all times protecting heritage and architectural quality. The post will be responsible for the generation of fee income through the full range of building surveying activities. It provides expert advice to the Property Management team, the Major Works team and Location teams on building surveying matters, including on best practice and effective cost control. Ideally you will be a qualified surveyor or equivalent (ideally MRICS), AssocRICS Technical Award examinations as a minimum including MCIOB with proven property management experience within a high value portfolio.
