Retail Operations Manager

Urgently looking for an Retail Operations Manager to take control of an exciting shopping centre in the Home Counties. The successful incumbent will be keeping track of the footfall whilst ensuring the overall efficiency of the centre, including training of all staff whilst maintaining an excellent customer experience for all.

Whilst your main objective is managing the external service providers you will have the autonomy and business acumen to maintain a business approach to the way the centre is run. This would include spending time talking with the retailers to pick up any useful information that can be discussed with the asset management team. You would also be encouraged to walk the development prior to the centre opening each morning and addressing any concerns with the current site teams. In addition to this you will be looking after all operational procedures associated to the centre.
