Your new company
A close knit Architectural practice based in Leicestershire are recruiting for an Architectural Technologist to be hands on with Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects.
Your new role
You will be heavily involved with all aspects of projects within this role as you will be working within a small company. You will be running projects under the supervision of the Senior Technologists and daily duties will include; onsite surveys, taking projects through planning stages and creating full technical working drawing packages in Revit ready for construction.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have a good knowledge of UK building regulations and it is required that you have at least 3 years experience. As this practice works solely in Revit it is preferable that you do have a proficiency with this software, however this company do have the facilities to train the right candidate.
You must have experience within the residential sector as this is the core sector within the business and experience with job running is desirable. As you will be going onto site you will need to have a full UK driving licence and your own transport.
