Architectural Technician - Permanent - Birmingham - £30,000

We currently have a permanent opportunity for a specialist architectural consultancy based within Birmingham working for a commercial based organisation who have projects based within both the public and private sector.

Your new role

As an architectural technician you will be responsible for providing design drawings and presenting that back to the senior management team. You will also be responsible for providing detailed drawings ensuring you are applying CAD techniques. Finally as an Architectural technician you will be working closely with appointed architects and surveyors ensuring any research problems are resolved by finding innovative solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed as an architectural technician you will have a full understanding and experience of using autoCAD with a proficiency in Revit. You will also ideally would have worked on commercial projects however other industry projects work will also be considered.


What you'll get in return

In return you will be offered a competitive salary of between £25,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience.
