Your new role
We are looking for a general Handyman to join a leading market construction company undertaking general & small repair work (e.g. re-fixing door handles, loose hinges/items, replace slats in blinds, shower fixings and rails)
What you'll need to succeed
Previous handyman experience working in a similar environment would be essential for this role. You will need to be flexible and able to work on your own initiative while carrying out any ad hoc request from your line manager.
Duties will include:
- Replaying light bulbs
- Tile Replacement and Basic Flooring
- Hanging and re-fixing wall items
- Fabric repairs, including doors, skirting and walls
- Painting patchwork
- Ad Hoc Cleaning duties
What you'll get in return
Full Time Employment
PAYE
Salary circa £24K per year
