Construction Co-ordinator / Document Controller

Construction Co-ordinator role 16 to 24 hours per week £12 Million University Project - Nottingham

Your new company
Our client is a well known Main Contractor, working on a Flagship, £12 Million new build University Building in Nottingham.
They are looking for a BREEAM Co-ordinator to work in their busy construction site office for a 1 year+ assignment.


Your new role
You will be responsible for liaising with all the stakeholders of the BREEAM certification of the project, including sub contractors and consultants.
This role will also include document control of the technical construction drawings.

NB This role is 16 to 24 hours per week


What you'll need to succeed
You will need to demonstrate a strong background of working with BREEAM certified projects previously.
Experience working on major construction projects is essential.
Construction document control experience also required.
