Your new company
You will work for a Global leading construction consultancy based in Nottingham. You will work in a large team working on small scale projects as well as multi million pound projects. You will work with retail and hospitality projects.

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing cost management services to several clients for planned reactive maintenance works and small capital works. You will ensure that you provide demonstrable value for money advice to and decisions on behalf of the client, while meeting or exceeding our SLA's and KPI's for delivering these services in a fast paced and dynamic environment. You will build relationships with clients and maintain those throughout your role.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be degree educated or equivalent. Applicants without a degree but with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply. Recent graduates looking to take the first step in their QS career or trainees with 1 year or more experience will also be considered.
