Your new role

In your new job role you will be working as a Building Surveyor specialising within the public sector, focusing on the Midlands. You will have a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to; building surveys recording the condition of existing buildings, identifying and analysing defects, including proposals for repair, advising on the management and supervision of maintenance works of buildings including provision of PPM schedules, processing planning applications and advising clients on property legislation including DDA.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in this role you will be an experienced and ideally Chartered Building Surveyor looking to secure a new progressive opportunity within a growing business.
