Assistant Site Manager

Your new company
Our client are a well-established construction company with projects nationwide and several projects across Northern Lincolnshire. Our client has a focus on design and build quality and on delivering the best possible return for both investors and communities and works across housing, student residential and commercial sectors. They have several large projects within Northern Lincolnshire and consequently they are now looking for an assistant site manager on a permanent basis.

Your new role
As assistant site manager you will be responsible for assisting the site manager and helping with inductions and managing site safety. You will be an excellent communicator who can motivate and engage your team of specialist labour to deliver a superior product to your client.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have assistant site management experience, preferably within the housing sector. CSCS, SMSTS or SSSTS and First Aid qualifications are required.
