Other responsibilities include:
- Delivery of the “Clarion Way” in residential product design and delivery
- Overseeing safety ‘from a client perspective’, and a focusing on a strategic safety agenda especially through the design and delivery stage of the project.
- Reviewing staff performance and the goals being achieved by the team
About you
We’re looking for a passionate, reliable leader with a background in residential led projects and experience delivering a programme of projects including low density housing, apartment and mixed use projects.

You’ll have strong commercial acumen and proven leadership experience, having managed people as well as projects.
If this sounds like an opportunity you’d be interested in, we’d love to hear from you.
