Job Details
Are you an MRICS Surveyor with retail experience? Are you looking to be part of an exciting new development in Manchester City Centre? You will be responsible for liaising with tenants on a day to day basis, dealing with queries in relation to day to day management, planned and reactive maintenance, all compliance for this mixed use development. With a number of retail units already let, you will play a key role in delivering an efficient service in this new city centre destination. With marketing experience you will also look at driving sales revenue and increased footfall to maximise returns.
