Asset Manager - Manchester - Temporary Contract
Do you have experience in a retail environment? Do you have a proven track record in service charge management? An interim requirement has arisen for a qualified surveyor to deal with day to day property management. You will liaise with landlords and tenants in relation to rent reviews and lease renewals, repair and maintenance issues and compliance with Health & Safety and other regulations. Maintaining an accurate property management database is key to delivering an efficient service. You will make regular inspections of the portfolio, and report your findings to the senior management team, including recommendations/ action plans. Excellent communication skills plus a prompt and accurate response time is essential to this twelve month contract.
