Building Surveyor / Project Manager - Thames Valley
We are looking for a chartered building surveyor or project manager to join a major commercial landlord as their in house BS or PM to complete a series of landlord duties including managing small works and a small number of professional matters either directly or through professional third party consultants.
The portfolio is typically unit sizes of <10,000 sq/ft as such the pace is fast and varied, the key to the employer is excellent customer service and efficient service delivery. You will be managing 4-6 projects per year and handle dilapidations as a consequence of tenant movements. However, this usually specialist area is more manageable due to the smaller unit sizes and also on hand professional third parties to assist you. As such it is not a pre-requisite this role needs to be performed by an MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor.
The portfolio you will be managing will be the west London and Berkshire cluster, reporting to local offices. As such it is essential you can travel to and across the Thames Valley region.
