Service Charge Accountant/Accounts Manager (Property)

We are looking for a service charge accountant/accounts manager who is conversant with service charge budgeting, sales and purchase invoicing, working alongside Property Managers, preparing service charge accounts for audit by external firm of Chartered Surveyors, dealing with tenant queries, issuing year end accounts etc. The successful applicant will have previous experience in the real estate sector working with a predominantly commercial property portfolio. The role is with a well-established and ambitious property and development company based in north Manchester. Salary will be in the region of £30,000 -£35,000 p.a. DOE.
