My client, a well-established and respected construction & property consultant, are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Associate Director / pushing Director level Health & Safety Consultant to take an integral role in the growth and development of their Health & Safety offering across the region.

You will manage and be accountable for service delivery on a wide portfolio of projects across a range of sectors proactively managing client expectations while running a team of five Health & Safety consultants. The aim is to grow the business and team size in accordance with the Board’s aspirations.

Degree educated it is essential that you have TechIOSH; NEBOSH Construction Certificate and an appropriate CSCS Card. Ideally you will also possess CMIOSH; IMaPS and NEBOSH Diploma.

You will have experience of working within in the construction sector and have both pre and post contract construction contract experience and be fully conversant with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 and associated guidance and wider Health and Safety legislation.

You will be able to exercise sound judgement under pressure in complex situations, and be a good communicator - written and verbal, as well as possessing good planning and organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.

You should be computer and Microsoft software package proficient and be able to produce good quality clear and concise documentation.
