Quantity Surveyor

Associate Level Quantity Surveyor – Belfast

Experienced quantity surveyor required by leading international property advisor in Belfast to deliver pre and post contract cost management services across a range of sectors, both Private and Public, such as Education, Health, Commercial, and Infrastructure.

This role, at a managerial level, will also involve actively involve raising the profile of the business in Northern Ireland and as such will involve preparing and presenting submissions to clients as well as managing and developing the team in order to deliver projects profitably and to meet targets.

You will have major project experience with a reputation in the area as being a key player and be looking to move into a new challenge as part of an established global business.
