Project Director, Interiors. Business Development Lead

An ideal role for a senior level interior designer or interior architect who enjoys the world of business just as much as they enjoy design.

Our client has three businesses. An investment arm, a luxury residential interior design company and a global signage and wayfinding business.

This role would see you working with the heads of the design and the signage business. You would manage the day to day running of the interior design operation whilst also expanding the signage and wayfinding business through business development and marketing activity. The client base for the signage business includes many top hotel brands as well as architectural and interior design practices. You would sell services to these clients, go out on prospective business meetings and look to bring in work across the EMEA region. Day to day, you would also be project director on a small number of one-off luxury housing projects.

It's a unique role that would see you immersed in design management and the generation of new business. You'd be joining a team of 45 to 50 people and would work alongside the owners.

A background in residential or hospitality design is essential.

Salary £65K to £75K plus bonus.
