Hays are looking for a Regional Operations Manager to work for a well established and respected remediation construction company. Reporting directly into the National Operations Director you will be responsible for supervision the Eastern Region Contracts Managers, budgets, resources and the day to day running of the company ensuring all standards are met across the board.


Your new role

• Work closely with the project management team on all projects
• Ensure maximum profit is achieved on each project
• Work closely with QHSE to ensure all H&S legislation is accounted for
• Oversee projects when necessary to make sure they are running smoothly and effectively
• Maintain client relationships
• Deliver Budget and reporting

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a similar capacity is essential
