Facilities Assistant

Facilities Assistant on a 3 month temporary contract (potential permanent post)

Your new company
You will be working for a large and growing public sector organisation who are based in the Essex region.

Your new role
You will be responsible for checking the reactive repairs carried out by the organisations contractor. All repairs will be minor issues such as replacing radiators, fixing lighting etc. Once jobs have been allocated to the contractor, you will be auditing, checking, reporting and ensuring compliance has been met with an I Pad provided. You will then complete an accurate report with details, comments and pictures of the works carried out.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need experience in a similar role and ideally experience in a maintenance or facilities management environment. You will need have a certain degree of IT literacy.
