My client thinks big and they think differently on this major regeneration project. They want this development to be impactful, design-led and something that provokes transformational change that can be celebrated.

The team is a group of passionate, intelligent developers focused on curating a place that remains authentic to the gritty, industrial heritage of the site, as well as the aspirations of the passionate pre-existing community that already give the area so much soul.

They are looking for a like minded individual to join us as Legal Counsel ready to bring to reality this vibrant new community of much needed housing, retail, leisure and commercial opportunities.

As Legal Counsel your expertise will be vital across all areas of implementation, monitoring and overseeing of legal activities for the developer. You will display strong leadership acumen, clear and effective working processes and a real passion for regeneration in London.

Your proven experience may come from previous employment at another developer, an in house legal role at a public body dealing with property development projects or you may have worked with multiple property development clients at your firm.
