Your new company
A well renowned North West based contractor are looking for a No 2 Site Manager to join their team, ideally on a cards in permanent basis. This business have several offices based across the North West and have an extensive pipeline of work, which is initially located in Liverpool delivering a £8m new build apartments and housing scheme.

Your new role
You will report into the Senior Project Manager, and work closely with another Site Manager to deliver a new build development of apartments and bungalows in Liverpool, which totals £8m. Work on site is already underway, and you will take a lead in the management of the windows and curtain walling installation, along with the SFS, cladding and render. Internals are currently being 1st fixed, and so management of this process moving forwards to completion will also be a requisite of this role.


What you'll need to succeed
You have industry experience in a site management role, SMSTS qualified and have experience with facades and internals. New build housing, extra care and apartments experience is also ideal.

What you'll get in return
Salary is negotiable up to £45k plus package
