Your new company
A public sector organisation is looking for an experienced property surveyor to join them on an on-going interim basis with the potential for a FTC down the line.

Your new role
You will mainly be working on residential housing stock, carrying out general day to day repairs surveying, damp and condensation damage surveys, cyclical decorations, structural repairs, there will be site visits required and tenant liaison so a good customer service is required.

What you'll need to succeed
You need to have a proven history in property surveying within residential/domestic homes and public sector exp is key. A valid UK driving license is needed. A minimum of a HNC in construction/property is required.
