Administrative Coordinator (Construction)

Administrative Coordinator - North London - £28-30,000


Our client is an expanding residential construction business based in North London. Working in the small works team you will be coordinating job allocation/completion, monitoring and motivating your trades team to keep on track, and ensure a high standard of work is delivered. This is a great opportunity to become a valued member of the team, building a rapport with the onsite trades, supporting and coordinating their work.
Responsibilities:
* Management of allocation of work.
* Planning and scheduling of all work orders via Protean (database).
* Maintaining and updating database.
* Ensuring that task orders are competed in line with the SLA.
* Monitor and manage staff utilisation to ensure the trades team are operating efficiently and effectively.
* Preparation of monthly & quarterly reviews.
* Build relationships with your team.

You will have:
* Significant relevant experience in a similar role.
* Strong IT Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft project) and be familiar with CMMS databases.
* Knowledge of construction process and systems (small works and maintenance), and an awareness of Health and Safety.
* Helpdesk or similar telephone experience.
