Buying things is always fun when it's someone else's money, right?

Ok, so I'm oversimplifying what this position is, but in essence you'd be in charge of buying in pretty much everything and anything needed by this property developer. Once they have built the purpose-built building, it's going to need setting up for people to use, using hundreds of suppliers and thousands of contracts throughout the UK in various locations. Televisions en masse, furniture, utility contracts, you name it.

To take this opportunity on, you need some experience of procurement in a fast-paced supply chain network. You don't need any experience in property, but you do need to able to think on your feet, juggle a myriad of different suppliers and contracts and take on anything and everything to make sure you are adding value and getting some great deals.
