Site Manager

Your new company
An opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to work on a new build housing project based in Perth. This is a short term contract working with an established contractor. The role is to start mid September and run for 2 weeks.

Your new role
The role will involve working on a small housing job with 4 x timber framed properties. You will be tasked with managing the site, ensuring all paperwork is carried out, quality of work is being adhered to and that a full handover is given back to the existing manager.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you must have previous experience managing as the number one manager on site, ideally you will have some background in new build housing and multi trades. You must hold a valid 5 day SMSTS and First Aid certificate.
