Job Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional who has experience in landlord and tenant work to join a company in the retail sector who are doing extremely well. Perhaps you fancy a new challenge and want to make the jump clientside or you just want a new role and the next step in your career. Your time will be split between the office and out in the field and you will be undertaking professional work such as rent reviews, lease renewals, acquisitions and disposals, asset management and general management.
The salary is circa £35-50,000 dependent on experience + fully expensed company car.
