Asset Manager - Manchester/Nottingham or London

A really interesting role working for an Investment Fund based out of Manchester, Nottingham or London. Great opportunity to move Clientside or move into a new role where you can excel within a forward thinking business.

Current portfolio consists of

• Student Accommodation
• Primary Healthcare
• Specialist supported housing
• Government accommodation

The role will incorporate all aspects of asset management within the Fund framework

• Board paper review and quarterly board meeting
• Overseeing property, general and financial management of the management services provider
• Valuation review
• Dispute management
• Shareholder liaison
• Engagement with the public sector bodies and public sector co investors
• Reporting on performance for investors
• Management of financial performance

As part of the role a candidate would be expected to undertake initial evaluation of property opportunities and initial analysis of the potential return of the opportunity. The candidate should also be able to manage the due diligence of acquisition of the assets including:

• Review of financial viability of the opportunity
• Presentation of opportunity to fund investment committee
• Management of due diligence and external advisers

Candidate must have 3+ years PQE and ideally have experience in Asset Management, Investment or Valuation. If the candidate also has exposure to alternative sectors such as Student Accommodation, Healthcare or PFI then that would be advantageous.

Salary Circa £55-65,000 + up to 50% bonus.
