A major property owner is seeking a Senior Estates Manager to look after their highly varied £1bn+ nationwide portfolio. Based in the Midlands, the ideal candidate will be MRICS and have broad experience of lease negotiations and asset management strategy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
