A rare opportunity has arisen for a Head of Asset Management to look after a mixed portfolio of predominantly office and industrial property, for a small and highly entrepreneurial property company.
This is a pure Asset Management role. North West based with a high degree of flexibility on the location. Salary and package are flexible for the right person, they are firm believers that people should be well incentivised.
The ideal candidate will be well connected, ambitious, dynamic, self-motivated, and able to work with a high degree of autonomy, with a natural talent for building strong relationships.
