Specialist project management consultant has a requirement for a project manager (or two) to join their Developers team in London or Surrey.

A confident project manager you will be comfortable fronting into clients and dealing with complex schemes, challenging contractors etc, taking control of the whole process, from concept to completion, on a range of development projects ranging typically from £5m to £100m.

This is very much a delivery role and needs a project manager that will get involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle. The client base includes global brands such as Axa Real Estate, Threadneedle, Northumberland Estates etc.

This is a great opportunity for a project manager who wants to step out of the process driven larger corporate consultancy environment and make their own mark on project delivery. The role also has a succession plan in mind so there is real opportunity to make clients your own.
