Transport Planner

Your new company
Are a large organisation where you will join the infrastructure and roads team who specialise in new road, maintenance and upgrade projects for new developments and existing road stock.

Your new role
Is a transport planning job where you will be tasked with project managing the technical assessment, analysis and introduction of parking management proposals in the Lothians.

What you'll need to succeed
This post will suit someone who can demonstrate experience of working on complex transport projects and delivering to challenging timescales. The individual does not necessary need to have worked in the parking industry but if so, that would be advantageous.
Ideally you will be able to carry out elements of the analysis in GIS & CAD. Knowledge of preparing traffic regulation Orders, working in a public sector organisation, presenting reports and working with the public are all advantageous.
