Director of Property Management

Director of Property Management Manchester offering £60k - £90k + 7k car.

Your new company
You will be joining one of the largest international commercial real estate companies who are looking to appoint Director of Property Management to lead the team in the North west region.


Your new role
 Responsibility for delivering the property management business objectives for the region
 Line management of the team - performance management/ team structure to deliver the services
 Responsibility for client and customer service delivery in the region
 Review and target agreed business development opportunities
 Identify new business development opportunities
 Key regional target to deliver fees and create profit
 Proactively develop the regional profile internally and externally
 Manage all risks and compliance
 Work with FM teams to deliver quality service to clients and occupiers
 Financial administration for the region - forecasting fee billing, cash collection and debt management
all to key targets.
 Review client profitability and implement required actions
 Attend all regional business development meetings
 Attend regional heads meetings and participate in national initiatives
 Ensure the delivery of the national service delivery requirements in the region
 Report to Northern Head of Property Management

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record having worked in a similar role before consultancy side. You will be MRICS qualified and have demonstrable leadership, cost management and client facing experience.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary in the region of £60000 - £90000 depending on level and experience plus car allowance £7000 and full benefits package.
