A General Practice Surveyor job in Chesterfield paying up £42,000 plus a generous employee benefits package. Providing general practice, estate management services to a range of public sector clients.

YOUR NEW ROLE:

You will join an established rapidly expanding team of property professionals, based in Chesterfield. The job will give you the chance to be involved in large Retail, Commercial and Office Portfolios. You will be expected to manage a team of 8 people & build relationships with clients, agents, tenants, contractors and other professionals, and be a confident communicator. Your job will be dealing with rent reviews, lettings, lease renewals, some fit out project management and you will be managing retail sites and their tenants. A job vacancy has arisen for a General Practice Surveyor to be based at their Chesterfield office.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

You will need an RICS accredited property degree in real estate, property development, or similar with 3-5 years post RICS experience. You must have excellent communication skills. You will have experience in strategic Asset and Property management, completing asset valuations, writing reports, Authority to buy.
