Your new company
Hays are working in partnership with a leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy to recruit a Junior Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis. This large team of Quantity Surveyors, Building Surveyors and Project Managers work on a mix of private and public-sector projects throughout NI, ROI and UK.

Your new role
You will have responsibility for assisting in the cost management of projects. You will be involved with full pre and post contract quantity surveying, estimating, cost planning and producing bills of quantities as well as tender documentation / reports. You will attend site meetings and design briefings, alongside preparing interim valuations and site measurement.

What you'll need to succeed
Essential Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying; Minimum of 1 year's industry experience; Excellent oral and written communication skills; A full driving licence.
