Your new company
Your new job will be working for a well established Main Contractor based in the Merseyside area who primarily focuses on residential projects consisting of both new build and refurbishment schemes.


Your new role
Your new job will be working as a 'Working Foreman' with extensive experience in Painting & Decorating.
You will be responsible for overseeing between 6 - 8 Painters and Decorators on a conversion of a listed building into a number of high end apartments.
Your duties will include day to day management of the internal painters, ordering of materials, adhering to H&S and managing cost and budget whilst keeping the job on with the programme set.
You will liaise with Site Managers and Project Managers on site.



What you'll need to succeed
- SSSTS
- CSCS Card
- Relevant Painting & Decorating qualifications
- Experience in a supervisor / foreman role
- Experience working on a listed building, painted listed coving, painting lime plaster, and able to apply lining paper ceiling.
