Interior Designer / CAD Technician

Technical Designer needed for market leading luxury interior design studio - Paying up to £36000

Your new company
A well-known leading interior design studio, who take on a both private bespoke commissions and commercial schemes. They produce luxurious and impeccable interiors, in the UK and beyond, for a demanding client base who expect only the best. They have a team of around 25 staff, Interior Designers, CAD Designers and a stand-alone Interior Architecture team, of which you would be a part of.

Your new role
They are seeking a Technical Designer or CAD Technician who is able to produced detailed design drawings for high value, luxury projects. You'll be helping to analyse the clients needs and assisting with hand sketches, drawings and schedules. Other key responsibilities will include; creating rooms layouts, elevations, floor plans & small electrical plans.

The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of UK Buildings regulations and be fully AutoCAD proficient. An understanding of Revit would be beneficial, but not essential. You'll initially be offered a 6 month contract, which will then be followed by a review and then option for an extension or to go permanent.

What you'll get in return
