Your new job will be working for a family run business that are based in Merseyside that specialise in internal / external refurbishment projects on high end office fit outs / retail / educational / leisure. Over the past 3 years due to huge success their portfolio has gone from strength to strength and they are winning a huge amount of tenders.

Your new role
Your new job you will be acting as a No1 Site Manager overseeing the re-cladding of a live retail unit in South Liverpool. The job will also include external package which includes sub structure work to create concrete for bases for steel signage, tarmacking for car park and access roads and kerbing.


What you'll need to succeed
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS Card
- Relevant experience in cladding and external packages
- Worked on a live environment before
