Your new company
You will be working for a leading commercial design and fit out company in the East Midlands. The company have a vast array of well known clients across multiple locations. Project values range from smaller bespoke furniture works up to £1m projects. They are now seeking a permanent Estimator to join their ranks.


Your new role
You will be working alongside the operational team and as part of the commercial team to ensure that projects are delivered with efficiency. The position will involve pricing, take offs. producing bills of quantity, negotiating with suppliers, producing quotes and ultimately tendering successfully for work.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this position you will have extensive experience as an Estimator in the construction interior sector. You will ideally have a strong background of commercial interior fit out and be able to work flexibly within a team.
