A Public Sector Organisation in Derbyshire are looking to recruit a freelance Electrical Design Engineer to work on a variety of major projects on a 3 month rolling contract, on a part time basis.

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing electrical services technical expertise on major work projects from cradle to grave. Your role will encompass a number of duties including; producing mechanical design calculations and producing CAD drawings using AutoCAD, through to acting as project manager throughout a projects duration up to completion.

This role is predominantly office based but you will get the chance to go out to site to attend team meetings and to monitor a projects progress.

You will work on public sector projects with a large number of projects siting within the education sector.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have public sector experience with knowledge of education projects being desirable. A HNC or equivalent qualification is required.

What you'll get in return
You will work on a 3 month rolling basis in a position that has the option to be full time or part time. You will be paid weekly with access to our online time sheet portal.
