Your new company
A leading national 5* house builder are looking for a Quantity Surveyor capable of picking up 3/4 new build housing sites in their North West region. The role is suited to an established assistant with new build housing experience or a more established quantity surveyor, ideally from a housing background however contracting experience will also be considered

Your new role
You will take full commercial responsibility for the running of several projects, at varying stages of completion.

What you'll need to succeed
You ideally have some new build housing experience and are capable of picking up several new build housing sites without assistance.
