Design Manager

Responsible to the Construction Director in charge of managing the design process for the Student accommodation in the SW&SW Region

The candidate will be able to attend external and internal meetings and to chair regular DTM meetings

Main tasks will also include, but not limited to:

  • To submit and gain Client approval on required design information
  • Make sure that design drawings are in accordance with Building Regulations
  • Ensure that the external consultants are providing the most effective and competitive designs
  • New product development for alternative forms of construction
  • Monitor Health and Safety

You will also be able to take responsibility for managing all aspects of your team.
