Senior Contracts Manager

Your new company

You will be working for one of the UK's leading contractors in the highly competitive field of fit-out and refurbishment as well as many new build schemes. Operating for over 30 years, my client has worked with blue-chip names such as Hollywood Bowl, Odeon and Cineworld whilst building a portfolio in various sectors including leisure, education, health and ecclesiastical.

My client also has the additional benefit of an in-house joinery work shop which has a solid reputation for quality and offering a complete service through manufacturing to fixing with an emphasis on producing high quality products and services.

Your new role

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Liaising with customers
• Preparing monthly reports
• Negotiating contracts
• Managing tenders
• Monitoring changes or development within the industry
• Training staff
• Evaluating customer needs
• Overseeing numerous projects at one time

What you'll need to succeed

In order for you to succeed, it is essential that the individual possesses the following competencies:

• Technically proficient
• People management and staff supervision
• Team player
• Broad knowledge of fit-out and refurbishment
• Must have experience working with cinemas

• CSCS Black Card
• SMSTS
• BA / HNC / HND in Construction Management or similar

What you'll get in return

The successful candidate will receive £60,000 to £80,000 dependent on the level of experience. Alongside the salary, you will receive a generous package which includes company car / car allowance, annual leave allowance and private medical insurance.
