Estates Manager (client side)

Estates Manager Position | Edinburgh | up to £47,000 | Client side


We have been asked to assist a very well known client of ours in their recruitment of an experienced qualified Estates Manager for their Edinburgh office. The position is a client-side role working within their Estates Department, the role will focus on Asset Management and Property Management, the organisation currently have a consultancy focusing on the day to day running on the property management side.

I have highlighted some key aspects of the role below;

- You will be working with a portfolio of around 300 commercial properties in Scotland covering retail, offices and other commercial buildings

- You will focus on the Asset Management side trying to maximise return from the properties

- You will manage the consultant to ensure a smooth process between landlord and tenant

- You will be part of a very successful company who have an extensive turnover and profit

- You will receive very flexible working arrangements and lead Scotland in this specific space
