Your new company
An Award-winning, multidisciplinary consultancy that specialises in architecture, town planning and master planning are looking to recruit an Urban Designer into their commercial team. Your new company deliver projects for both public and private sector clients across the north of England and the Midlands.

Your new role
As an Urban Designer in the commercial team your new job will be to work as part of a team to produce detailed and technical work for a range of projects in the commercial team within the company including but not limited to waste recycling plants, warehouses and some education work. You will have to be able to produce high levels of detailed work to tight deadlines as well as client facing roles.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed as an Urban Designer in the commercial team you will need to have had previous experience in the commercial sector and be able to produce high quality work using BIM and Revit. You will need to feel confident managing both clients and projects with a flexible and adaptable approach.

A bi-yearly bonus structure rewards staff every 6 months as well as a competitive salary of up to £45K , experience depending.
