Your new company
A leading North West based contractor are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team, as a result of a long serving member of the team taking retirement. This business are a long standing and well respected presence across the North West, with an impressive pipeline of new build and extension/refurb schemes secured, largely negotiated contracts with repeat customers. This business demonstrate profitable work and an excellent client base of blue chip contractors. They have well established links with quality sub-contractors and are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team.

Your new role
You will take the lead of several projects, ranging in size from £1m-£15m. You will ensure each project within your remit is delivered on time and in budget, whilst working with all key stake holders, overseeing client liaison, and leading from the front with regards to standards of health and safety and quality of build. You will report directly into the Construction Director on a weekly basis, and work closely with site managers to ensure issues are resolved, and programme is moved forwards productively. You take a lead with regards to programming and value engineering of jobs in your remit.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you are an experienced Contracts Manager, however project managers/senior site managers looking to take the next step up will be considered. New build steel frame, D&B experience is ideal for the role.
