Regional Building Surveyor - Charity - South West

This is a great opportunity to join a client-side organisation as a regional surveyor, looking after the care homes in the South West / Gloucestershire region. You'd be working with a more Senior Surveyor who will show you the ropes, looking after the reactive and planned maintenance of the 20 or so properties in your care, carrying our condition surveys, some schedules of conditions and handling refurbishments as they are needed.

If you are at a consultancy or not wanting to be in an office all day, this is a fantastic opportunity to get out and about. There is full APC support if it is needed, and a career pathway with scope to progress to a more senior position in the business too.

If you're wanting to move clientside sooner rather than later, this is the opportunity for you.

You need to have a couple of years of experience under your belt already, and either working towards your MRICS or maybe CIOB or BIFM.
