Site Manager Required

I am recruiting on behalf of a smaller, bespoke niche construction business within the Hampshire region. They specialise within the commercial sector and have projects up to £5m to work on. They are a well established business growing their reputation and business. Excellent staff retention and operate only across the Hampshire region, making the travel involved more unique and manageable. They are now recruiting for a site manager to join the business to help with client liaison and increasing work load on new projects.


You will be a site manager employed full time, ensuring projects are met to deadline, sub-contractors are following to schedule, involved in pre-construction plans on new projects, complete paperwork, be more involved in being both on site and in the office to complete certain tasks, making sure everything stays to budget and having a good keen eye on what materials you need to order and timescales to this.


Must have extensive knowledge within commercial projects, extensive knowledge in site management, must have SMSTS CSCS and first aid, must be computer and IT literate for paperwork and drawings, must be proactive in completing paperwork both at the head office and on site, must prioritise health and safety, and genuinely try to help out with extra parts to fit in with the well natured culture of the business. Must also have exceptional communication skills and be open to talk in a polite manner to clients on progress of works.


You will get a salary negotiable between £45,000 and £47,000 including mileage, excellent company with job security and longevity, a chance to shine and grow within the company and be a part of a unique, niche business that is in the heart of Hampshire. If this role is for you, then please apply.
