I am recruiting on behalf of a client who are very niche and a smaller, bespoke business. This gives them time to put in to individuals and feel really valued in your role. The staff retention levels are exceptional and they want the right individual to join this growing team. Projects range up to £5m and they specialise in the commercial sector of construction and property. They now have a need for a estimator/surveyor multi-role to help with continued pre-construction projects that are up-coming. This company is based within the Hampshire region and would look to hire on a permanent basis only.


You will be expected to work Monday-Friday, from both the office and site project address if required. Help assist with the surveying aspects of current projects, and the estimating on new upcoming projects. Must be experienced within both sides of the role and in particular experienced in bills of quantities. Salary is negotiable between £40,000-£50,000 dependant on experience and knowledge.

You must have a degree or an academic equivalent in surveying or estimating, must be proactive, fit well in to the team and culture is key as a small office team, must have extensive knowledge within the commercial sector of construction, open to help others within the buying team when required.
